This year we’re going big with a menu featuring, beef tartare, buttery lobster and 30 day dry-aged ribeye. If you want to go even bigger, we’re bringing fresh white truffles in directly from Alba. (Let us know if you’re in for truffles when you reserve so we know how many to buy!)
